– A Healthy Formula To Life-

*Go outside & be with Mother Nature. There are many physical, emotional & metaphorical profound healing properties outside in nature that your spirit needs in order to be healthy to survive.

*Stay as grounded as you can in the process of life.

*Educate yourself.  Not everyone is built to learn the same way yet there are many avenues & pathways of education that can engage your mind & heart.  Find one that suits your needs & requirements that can develop & grow yourself into a thriving human being.

*Believe in yourself, especially when the odds are against you.  This is the missing ingredient to many unnecessary failures.

*Your family of origin might not be the family that will be with you for your entire life time due to circumstances & situations beyond your control.  Find people who you love & love you like family & nurture those relationships as well.

*Be authentically true to your own joy & happiness.  The moment you surrender your passion in life for the happiness of someone else, you are no longer doing it for the right reason.

*Failure is a gift.  It teaches us where something went wrong while offering an opportunity to fix, correct or change a problem or situation that is no longer working & try again.

*Own your shit.  We are all human & fuck up from time to time.

*Don’t forget to smile.  It is a healthy action that is often times infectious, bringing others to do the same thing.  The world needs more of this.

*Learn how to apologize the appropriate way.  Most times resolution is simply an apology of acknowledgment waiting to happen.

*Create healthy outlets that help promote your soul to manifest & grow.  This will generate the opportunity for the creation of abundance & prosperity around you.

*Don’t give up when finding a true calling to a journey you wish to explore.  Sometimes the one that was assigned to you was not the one intended, nothing is a one size fits all.

*Take risks that have the potential to grow & develop you farther into the extraordinary spaces you wish to experience.

*LOVE YOUR SELF, you are the gate keeper to all the other relationships.  If you can’t honestly love yourself, it’s impossible to genuinely love anything else.

*Do the work that is required.

*Silence can be the quietest form of an answer to an action that has happened.  If that is not the tone you wish to set then find the courage to speak up.

*You always have a choice, no matter what you believe or are told. Remember that.

*Respect is a mutual quality to have in any relationship (physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually) without it lacks the fundamental ingredient of true connection.

*People, places & things sometimes come with an expiration date, that is the cycle of life.  This is the natural allowance for something new to begin & most times isn’t personal at all.

*Always be open to learning for your own personal growth.

*Discover what it means to be successful in your own right.  Most people go wrong in believing what successful means to them until it’s too late.

*Give yourself permission to heal your trauma.  This is an act of self care that is prudent to the rest of your life.

*If you freely take something from somewhere make sure you give back freely elsewhere else.  This is an important exchange of energy that promotes the natural flow of balance in this universe of life.

*Compliment, encourage & promote others.  There is truly enough to go around in this world.

*Don’t Be Afraid To Say NO.

*Sometimes don’t take a NO for an answer.  Most peoples success came from not accepting this small word for an answer.

*Learn & know your environment, there is a time & place for everything.

*Recognize your boundaries & worth so others can mirror the treatment of behavior.  You are what you attract & allow.

*Kindness is unlimitedly beautiful & not a sign of weakness, especially when practiced on yourself.

*Laughing is one of the body’s medicine to recovery.  Use it daily to your over all advantage.

*Don’t take yourself too seriously.
